My calendar

The calendar brings together all the appointments that come up during a job search and a recognition procedure in one place: coach appointments, follow-ups after applications, appointments at the Agentur für Arbeit (Employment Agency) or Jobcenter, interviews, language courses, and reminders for deadlines in the recognition procedure. Each of these seven appointment types is distinguished by its own color and icon, so in the month or list view you can immediately tell what an entry is about without opening it. Appointments can also be exported as an ICS file and added to an existing calendar such as Google Calendar or Outlook, so you don't have to maintain two separate systems in parallel.

Instead of keeping track of appointments scattered across different channels and notes, you see at a glance what's coming up next here. This is especially helpful for recognition procedures with several stages and deadlines, where a missed appointment can delay the entire process, for example when a deadline for submitting additional documents to the responsible recognition authority expires. For appointments due today or tomorrow, the calendar also shows a compact reminder bar that you can dismiss individually. Once dismissed, a reminder does not reappear on the same day, so the overview stays uncluttered without important appointments slipping through.

Follow-up reminders after an application can also be entered here, so you proactively reach out to the company after a reasonable period instead of just waiting. If you book a session through the coach directory, it appears in the calendar automatically, including a first call, cover letter review, interview preparation, or recognition guidance, without you having to add it manually. Your own appointments that don't come from a booking can be added, edited, or deleted by hand at any time.

Your appointments are stored as described in our privacy policy and used exclusively for display in your own calendar. In demo mode, all entries live locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to a server, so you can try the calendar risk-free before deciding on an account.
